H1 is looking for a Customer Success Manager – Life Sciences to manage and grow relationships with our life sciences client base. In this remote US position, you will be responsible for ensuring clients achieve their goals with our platform.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders in life sciences organizations
- Drive product adoption and value realization by guiding clients through onboarding and ongoing usage
- Develop and execute success plans aligned to client business objectives
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to client satisfaction and retention
- Act as the primary point of escalation and coordinate internal resources to resolve client issues
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, ideally within the life sciences sector
- Strong understanding of the life sciences industry landscape and its key challenges
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
- Data-driven approach to tracking customer health and driving strategic initiatives
