About the Role

What You'll Do

Guide customers through their journey with F5 Distributed Cloud by developing and executing success strategies that align with their business objectives. You'll monitor product adoption and usage patterns, identifying opportunities to increase value and mitigate risks.

Lead quarterly business reviews to assess progress, demonstrate impact, and adjust plans based on evolving needs. Conduct regular health assessments to measure satisfaction and take proactive steps to improve outcomes.

Act as a trusted advisor by staying ahead of product updates and educating customers on new capabilities. Champion customer feedback internally, ensuring product teams hear real-world insights about usability, challenges, and service experience.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address renewal risks and support retention efforts. Your work will directly influence customer longevity and expansion by demonstrating ongoing value and strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Management, or Entrepreneurship.
  • Bring 3 to 5 years of customer-facing experience in a SaaS environment, ideally involving cloud technologies, internet security, or networking solutions.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer success while balancing organizational goals.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, especially when managing issues, prioritizing concerns, and navigating high-pressure situations.
  • Possess solid expertise in customer success methodologies and best practices.
  • Be comfortable traveling occasionally, up to 10% of the time.
  • Be fluent in English and reside within the Pacific Standard Timezone, with availability to work during those hours.
