Deel is hiring a Customer Success Manager I | French Speaking

About the Role

Deel is looking for a French-speaking Customer Success Manager I to be the primary relationship owner for our clients in the French-speaking market. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor on operational and product matters, building durable relationships that convert into long-term revenue growth. You'll be instrumental in Deel's mission to create the infrastructure for the future of work and unlock global opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a high volume of small spend accounts in either SMB/MM or ENT segments with French-speaking clients.
  • Identify and flag risks that will lead to customer churn.
  • Build relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
  • Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Provide a high-quality experience to customers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests.
  • Drive adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
  • Must be fluent in English & French.
  • Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
  • A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism.
  • Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, able to draw insightful conclusions from complex data sets and synthesize numbers into actionable recommendations.
  • A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality, thriving in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments.
  • A solid track record of achievement (e.g., success in a top-tier company, quantifiable business impact).
  • A strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data.
  • Curious by nature and interested in making an impact.
