Canary Technologies Corp is hiring a Customer Success Manager - French Speaker. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking client base, ensuring their success and maximizing the value they get from our products. This position is remote but requires you to be based in London.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of French-speaking clients.
- Onboard new clients, guide product adoption, and ensure they achieve their business goals.
- Proactively manage client health, identify renewal risks, and drive expansion opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and collaborating with internal teams.
- Develop and deliver strategic business reviews and success plans.
What We're Looking For
- Professional fluency in French and English.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role.
- Proven ability to manage a book of business, drive retention, and foster growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the London area.
Work Mode
This is a remote position, but you must be located in London.
