ecosio is hiring a Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region to build Connections That Work. You will be responsible for strategically developing existing customers, managing your own portfolio, and ensuring high satisfaction by building lasting relationships and acting as the voice of the customer.
What You'll Do
- Strategically develop existing customers by establishing long-term business relationships and identifying opportunities for up- and cross-selling.
- Manage your own portfolio of clients, ensuring they get the maximum value from our solution.
- Listen to customers and communicate their feedback to help shape our products and services.
- Plan and execute customer experience activities such as surveys, interviews, and webinars.
- Execute sales campaigns in close cooperation with marketing and business development teams.
- Attend events and exhibitions to meet and engage with ecosio customers.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- English language skills at a native / C2 level AND another European language at a native / C2 level (preferences: French, Spanish, and/or Italian).
- Experience working with and managing a portfolio of existing customers.
- Experience with cross- and up-selling strategies.
Nice to Have
- ERP, EDI, or E-invoicing experience.
- Previous working experience at a growing SaaS scale-up.

Work Mode
This is a global remote position. You can work from Austria, Germany, Spain, the UK, Italy, Hungary, Portugal, Croatia, or France.
