About the Role

Luminovo GmbH is hiring a Customer Success Manager (d/f/m) to lead our North America expansion and build lasting partnerships with mid-size and enterprise customers. In this role, you will guide clients through their entire journey—from seamless onboarding to renewal and upsell—ensuring they derive maximum value from our supply chain platform.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively manage your customer portfolio to ensure clients achieve the greatest possible value from our product.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience by conducting interactive user trainings and workshops.
  • Collect and analyze data to build a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.
  • Assist product and engineering teams with software testing and provide customer-centric feedback.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and drive expansion through upsell opportunities.
  • Deepen your expertise in our product, the electronics industry, and customer success best practices.
  • Stay curious, leveraging modern tools and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Professional fluency in Spanish.

Nice to Have

  • Fluency in French.
  • Industry knowledge of the electronics sector.
  • A fast learner, motivated to dive deep into complex software platforms.
  • A genuine passion for electronics.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team, including a Technical Account Manager & Sales, the Sales Lead, the Business & Operations Lead for North America, the Team Lead Customer Success in Europe, the Revenue Operations team, the Head of Marketing, and the Sales and Product Team. Work Mode

This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the continental United States.
