TutorSpace GmbH was looking for a Customer Success Manager (DACH) (m/w/d)

TutorSpace GmbH is hiring a Customer Success Manager (DACH) (m/w/d) to be the primary advocate for parents and students in the region. As part of a young, dynamic startup digitizing the tutoring market, you will ensure high customer satisfaction and directly influence the platform's future.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for parents and students via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Advise customers on optimal solutions, contract renewals, and required tutoring hours.
  • Coordinate closely with the tutor and educational consultant team.
  • Help the company better understand customers to continuously improve processes and workflows.
  • Compose analyses, reports, and evaluations.

What We're Looking For

  • A desire to improve the world through education.
  • Native or accent-free proficiency in German.
  • A natural inclination for consultation and enjoyment in selling additional tutoring packages.
  • An understanding of human behavior and enjoyment in helping people with educational solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability.
  • The ability to stay structured and maintain composure in stressful moments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sales, customer support, or similar roles in high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • A Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree from a top-tier university.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
