Keeper Security is hiring a Customer Success Manager, Bilingual Italian - EMEA

About the Role

The individual in this position will work closely with clients in the EMEA region who speak Italian, guiding them through onboarding, troubleshooting issues, and promoting best practices to maximize product value and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers in the EMEA region
  • Guide new clients through onboarding and initial product setup
  • Monitor customer health and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Deliver training sessions and product walkthroughs in Italian
  • Track customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams
  • Support renewal processes by demonstrating ongoing value
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and follow up on critical issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account status
  • Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with sales when appropriate
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and goals
  • Educate customers on new features and updates
  • Promote best practices for security and product usage
  • Coordinate with marketing for customer advocacy opportunities
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between onboarding and ongoing support
  • Use data to assess customer engagement and flag risks
  • Prepare reports on account health and success metrics
  • Represent the customer perspective in internal planning discussions
  • Maintain fluency in product updates and industry trends
  • Uphold service level agreements for response and resolution times
