Influ2 is looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the strategic partner for our clients across Latin America. You will be responsible for onboarding, adoption, and retention, ensuring customers derive maximum value from our platform.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Guide customers through onboarding and drive platform adoption
- Proactively identify and address client needs and potential risks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and escalations
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to improve customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand client business goals and translate them into platform usage
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on client outcomes
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Bogotá, Brasília, or San Jose.
