OLIVER Agency is hiring a Customer Success Manager to lead the charge in operationalising Generative AI for enterprise marketing teams. Your mission is to codify, embed, and scale AI workflows using our flagship products Pencil Pro (Gen AI creative generation) and Share of Model (LLM brand perception), moving clients from ad-hoc experimentation to industrial-scale adoption.
What You'll Do
- Codify workflow design: Architect Gen AI Playbooks to translate client objectives into rigid, repeatable workflows within Pencil Pro.
- Codify workflow design: Operationalise Share of Model data insights to directly trigger new creative generation in Pencil.
- Codify workflow design: Establish governance and safety rules for client teams using enterprise features.
- Embed adoption and change management: Drive usage to embed Pencil Pro into the daily workflow of creative and media teams.
- Embed adoption and change management: Act as a strategic QA layer, auditing client outputs to ensure AI is prompted effectively to hit brand guidelines.
- Embed adoption and change management: Map the client organisation and secure stakeholder buy-in from CMOs to performance marketers.
- Scale growth and ROI: Deliver ruthless ROI analysis showing how Gen AI reduces CPA or slashes production time/costs.
- Scale growth and ROI: Identify opportunities to roll out workflows from a single pilot brand to the client’s entire portfolio.
- Scale growth and ROI: Aggressively feed Australian market feedback to product engineering teams to shape the roadmap.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years in high-growth SaaS or AdTech managing enterprise accounts.
- Proven experience in retention and expansion, with examples of identifying upsell opportunities through usage data.
- Track record of deconstructing messy human processes and rebuilding them into software-defined workflows.
- Sophisticated understanding of how to prompt Large Language Models (LLMs) and diffusion models.
- Comfortable working with unstructured data and weaving analytics into a coherent strategy.
- Challenger mentality, comfortable challenging a client's outdated thinking.
- Executive presence to hold the room with CMOs and Creative Directors.
- Experience in change management, navigating organizational resistance and training skeptical teams.

- Hybrid background straddling the line between technology and creative, understanding marketing briefs and software deployment.
