Checkr is hiring a Customer Success Manager for our Mid-Market Scale team. This role is central to driving customer retention and growth by ensuring clients are fully engaged and extracting maximum value from Checkr's services. We designed this position as a growth engine within our Customer Success organization to develop talent for higher-level teams.
What You'll Do
- Support a wide range of tactical account responsibilities including issue tracking and follow-up, data and trend analysis, meeting coordination, and business review preparation.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients within your portfolio to contribute to planned and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Account Management to drive successful renewals and improve our approach to securing customer success.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, partnering with cross-functional teams to provide visibility on customer feedback and issues.
- Oversee multiple customer projects throughout their lifecycle, including expansions, implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of client-facing experience in customer success, sales, account management, or customer service.
- General knowledge of software applications such as Salesforce and Google Apps.
- Strong customer focus, viewing your customers' success as your own.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics in a friendly manner.
- Acute attention to detail to track high-volume tactical elements across multiple customers.
- Flexibility and ability to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A quick learner excited to take on challenging new projects.
- Enthusiasm for planning, executing, iterating, and celebrating individual and collective success.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the SaaS or Human Resources space.

You will join the Mid-Market Scale team, part of the proactive, intuitive, and dynamic Customer Success organization. The team works in an informed and organized manner to drive maximum value in all Checkr and customer relationships.

- Compensation range: $67,000—$79,000 USD (for Nashville, TN).
