Payoneer is hiring a Customer Success Manager to serve our Enterprise e-Commerce clients. In this senior role, you will oversee existing client relationships, develop long-term value propositions, and drive strategies for acquisition, retention, and growth.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage existing e-Commerce client relationships, building long-term partnerships to develop value propositions that address client needs.
- Strengthen existing relationships and create new ones to maximize acquisition, retention, and up-sell/cross-sell solutions.
- Grow the company’s capability to serve e-Commerce trade and develop the vision and execution plan for a go-to-market strategy.
- Be accountable for increasing user health, managing day-to-day operations, and scaling the team.
- Work cross-functionally across the organization to shape business solutions that meet customer needs.
- Drive events, below-the-line activities, and represent Payoneer in industry forums to build awareness.
What We're Looking For
- BA Degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or account management.
- 2~3 years of e-Commerce experience.
- Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin.
- Basic data analysis skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different stakeholders at different levels.
- Passionate for entrepreneurship, self-motivated, self-disciplined, and results and detail oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
Nice to Have
- A Master’s degree is a plus.
