Scrunch AI is looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong background in marketing technology. You will serve as the connective tissue between our technology and users, ensuring clients not only succeed but become champions of our generative AI search optimization platform.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market clients, helping them maximize the impact of our software.
- Translate platform data into strategic recommendations tailored to each client’s business goals to drive measurable improvements in visibility.
- Guide clients through onboarding, education, and adoption journeys, ensuring high engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and content strategy sessions focused on optimizing content visibility and AI-discovery performance.
- Proactively ensure that clients measure and achieve their desired outcome with our software solution.
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans for every client to ensure clear alignment on their priorities and value drivers.
- Onboard clients promptly to ensure they start receiving value from their investment.
- Influence clients to adopt our platform and integrate it into their regular workflows to uncover account expansion opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in customer success or account management.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to turn technical insights into persuasive, strategic action plans.
- Proven experience managing a large number of accounts (60+) employing strategic playbooks to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Experience working in early-stage startups or SaaS environments, where you’ve helped define new processes and customer success strategies.
- A team-first oriented mindset, collaborating effectively across product, sales, and marketing to drive customer success.

- Bonus points for experience at SEO and/or marketing focused SaaS companies.
