Savant Labs is looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our LATAM team. You will play a key role in supporting post-sales activities and client relationships, helping to understand customer needs and improve their experience with our software.
What You'll Do
- Support the team in customer management and post-sales activities.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, collect feedback, and relay it to internal teams.
- Assist in preparing reports on SaaS usage, engagement, and feedback to track progress and improve customer experience.
- Help develop and deliver reports, training materials, and webinars.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Marketing, Information Systems (Computer Science), or a related field.
- General technology knowledge.
- Proficiency with the Office package, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Experience in creating reports and presentations.
- Knowledge of database tools and/or programming.
