LVT is looking for a Customer Success Manager to partner with assigned customers to maximize the value, adoption, and continuous achievement of outcomes from SAS software and solutions. You will understand customer business KPIs, operational challenges, and IT strategies, acting as an organizer to systematically achieve customer success.
What You'll Do
- Drive strategy, planning, and execution to maximize value delivered to existing customers and expand revenue.
- Understand customer business or IT problems and jointly define customer success plans.
- Share plans with sales, customer advisory, professional services, and cloud departments.
- Develop and support plans to cultivate and expand the base of SAS users within customer organizations.
- Foster strong SAS advocates at specific organizational levels within assigned accounts.
- Promote community formation within customer organizations to enable self-sufficiency.
- Enhance customer touchpoints and drive engagement improvement.
- Standardize and promote broad engagement initiatives such as planning and executing community events.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote information dissemination and reference acquisition through digital means.
- Coordinate with global marketing events.
- Take a lead role in cross-departmental communication and addressing issues that arise with customers.
- Support smooth contract renewals by collaborating with customer renewal teams.
- Comply with all applicable security policies and processes to support secure software development goals.

What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of experience in solution proposal activities, business development activities, or implementation for customers, or experience working in a customer success department.
- Experience in planning and implementing business process improvement or reform, or experience in planning customer events and information dissemination as part of marketing activities.
- Basic knowledge and interest in each sector (trends, innovation, challenges, economy, digital) and ability to build trust with customer contacts.
- Ability to understand the potential of SAS solutions in various industries and domains and identify customer business value.
Team & Environment
You will collaborate closely with internal departments in Japan and globally.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Tokyo.
