Role Overview

This position is for a proactive and detail-oriented professional passionate about client success and data-driven problem solving. As a Customer Success Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to key clients, helping them fully leverage research solutions by aligning data insights with their strategic goals. Operating in a global, fast-paced setting, you will combine analytical depth with strong communication skills to deliver meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients, managing relationships to ensure ongoing engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client objectives and translate them into customized, data-backed strategies.
  • Monitor and interpret retail and market data to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Develop and deliver clear, compelling insights that support business decisions and drive client growth.
  • Create professional presentations and business materials for both external clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure all communications reflect brand integrity and simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Research teams to provide a unified and seamless client experience.
  • Advocate for client needs internally to influence product development and service improvements.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and manage expectations with professionalism and precision.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven background in customer success, account management, or consulting, ideally within market research, analytics, or technology.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience turning raw data into strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data modeling and presentation design.
  • Fluency in both English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and adapt quickly to changing demands.
  • Demonstrated skill in building executive-level presentations and distilling complex concepts.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude, high accountability, and sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Committed to continuous learning and improving client outcomes.
