EX Squared is hiring a Customer Success Advocate to be the trusted partner for our clients, ensuring they achieve their goals with our solutions. In this role, you will be the frontline for customer communication and success, managing relationships and driving long-term value.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Proactively manage customer health, adoption, and satisfaction through regular check-ins and business reviews.
- Onboard new clients and guide them through initial setup and ongoing product education.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and relay feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to preventing issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Japan. You will be part of a globally distributed team, collaborating across time zones.
