Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Implement and configure cloud-based services to meet customer requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation of services.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to educate customers on best practices.

  • Create and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance service offerings.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to customers.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on new features and enhancements.
  • Assist in the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Provide technical support during customer onboarding and migration processes.
  • Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts to ensure compliance with service agreements.
  • Work with customers to develop and implement disaster recovery plans.
  • Provide technical expertise during customer escalations and critical incidents.
  • Conduct regular audits of customer environments to ensure security and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of customer support processes.
  • Provide technical support during customer training sessions and workshops.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customer case studies and success stories.
  • Provide technical support during customer events and conferences.
  • Conduct regular assessments of customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
