VirtueStaff is looking for a Customer Service / Virtual Assistant to deliver exceptional customer support while proactively handling a variety of administrative tasks in a remote work environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with their account-related questions, issues, and order processing.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate records.
- Document and track customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to refine customer service processes and enhance overall client experience.
- Help with social media management and content updates when required.
- Provide feedback on customer service strategies and suggest improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and various digital communication tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
