Paired is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations for our final mile logistics and delivery company by coordinating with the delivery team and managing customer communications.
What You'll Do
- Assist and coordinate with the delivery team throughout the day to ensure timely and efficient operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery inquiries and updates
- Proactively notify customers of any delivery issues or obstacles
- Maintain accurate records by entering detailed notes into the company's system
- Oversee overall delivery operations and manage dispatch coordination
- Monitor delivery progress and address any issues that arise
- Ensure clear communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and spoken English with a neutral to light accent
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with computer systems and logistics software
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate workspace for remote work
- Availability to work Pacific Time Zone hours (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST)
