Truepill is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Hospice Pharmacy Services team. In this role, you will provide expert, phone-based support to members, customers, and providers, resolving a wide variety of inquiries with accuracy and care.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct phone support to drive resolution of caller questions and issues.
- Ask targeted questions and listen actively to identify underlying needs.
- Gather data and perform initial investigations to determine the scope of inquiries.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships during caller interactions.
- Manage conversations appropriately and maintain ongoing status updates.
- Apply knowledge of applicable Service Level Agreements and Performance Guarantees.
- Demonstrate business and industry knowledge, including healthcare terminology.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide consulting and education on caller issues and trends.
- Communicate common problems to appropriate Subject Matter Experts.
- Educate callers on available products and services.
- Refer callers to other resources where appropriate.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year or more of experience working in a remote, call-center setting.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $16.75-$20.85/hour.
