About the Role

Modivcare is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for members, resolving concerns and processing requests accurately. In this key role, you will schedule, modify, and cancel customer reservations while supporting members' journeys toward positive health outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring all information is correct and timely.
  • Ensure all company procedures are followed and accurate trip data is input into our systems.
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for investigation.
  • Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems.
  • Review and educate members on our services and their insurance coverage.
  • Speak with members daily to answer their transportation questions.
  • Answer a high volume of calls, up to 100+ calls per day.

What We're Looking For

  • Must live in West Virginia.
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
  • 0-2 years of related experience.
  • 6+ months contact center OR customer service experience.
  • Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Can type 35wpm or more.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers.
  • Work overtime as required.
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision.
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • High Speed Internet of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload (must provide proof of speed test).
  • Ability to directly hardwire to your modem.
  • Required to have a dedicated, private work area separated from other living areas.
  • Attend 100% of training, on camera for the first 30 days of employment.

Work Mode

This is a remote position, but you must be located within the state of West Virginia.
