Flowfox is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role with flexible hours. This is an entry-level position; no prior experience is required and comprehensive paid training is provided. You'll join a friendly and supportive team.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer inquiries via email or chat
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Assist customers with order updates and requests
- Follow up on open customer support tickets
- Document all customer interactions clearly
- Report recurring issues to your supervisor

- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

- No prior experience required
