metabook is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote) to serve as the first point of contact for our users, directly impacting the daily experience of thousands of metabookers. You will play a key role in supporting our platform's community and promoting the circular economy in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Answer inquiries from buyers and sellers via email and social media.
- Resolve issues related to orders, payments, and shipments.
- Support users in using the platform, such as creating listings and managing accounts.
- Manage disputes and mediate between buyers and sellers.
- Write and improve texts for the metabook platform and company blog.
- Monitor and address issues with our partners.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our processes.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek.
- Courtesy, patience, and empathy in all interactions.
- Ability to understand, analyze, and solve problems effectively.
- Skill in handling difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer and internet handling skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Quick ability to learn new systems and tools.
- You must currently reside in Greece.
- You must have no pending military service obligations.
- You must have your own dedicated office space for remote work.
- A strong willingness to learn and evolve continuously.
Nice to Have
- A personal love for books and reading.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Familiarity with how online marketplaces operate.
- Previous experience in a customer service role (optional).
