About the Role

Sentry MS is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the proactive, positive, and helpful voice for our customers. You'll join a fast-moving, mission-driven company, providing clear solutions and growing your skills in a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do

  • Be the friendly voice of Sentry by assisting customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Listen carefully, understand concerns, and provide clear, helpful solutions.
  • Manage customer requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with internal teams to keep service smooth and efficient.
  • Keep customer records up to date and follow our support procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills — someone who can express themselves clearly and professionally.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable using technology, CRM tools, and web platforms.
  • A reliable internet connection + a quiet, professional home workspace.
  • Ability to work full-time in the NY/EST time zone.

Nice to Have

  • Customer service or call-center experience.
  • Spanish or any additional language skills.
  • Experience in transportation, healthcare, or service-related fields.
