Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering clear and accurate information
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the client’s products and services to provide informed support
- Investigate and resolve customer issues by understanding their specific needs and concerns
- Use internal tools and systems to deliver timely, correct, and complete responses
- Empower customers with real-time information that supports confident decision-making
- Actively listen and respond with empathy, exceeding service expectations through personalized care
What You’ll Need
- Fluent written and spoken Polish (required)
- Proficient in English (B2 level or higher)
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
