Lytegen is hiring a Customer Service Representative to generate qualified leads for the US residential solar market. This role is 100% execution-focused, requiring disciplined cold calling to book appointments for homeowners interested in solar solutions.
What You'll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to US homeowners.
- Follow approved scripts word-for-word during all calls.
- Identify qualified prospects based on clear, established criteria.
- Book appointments accurately into the scheduling system.
- Apply the correct call dispositions for every interaction.
- Maintain call quality and compliance standards consistently.
- Hit daily and weekly call and booking targets.
What We're Looking For
- Strong spoken English with a neutral or clear US-understandable accent.
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Ability to speak confidently and maintain control of conversations.
- High attention to detail for accurate data entry and dispositions.
- A strong work ethic and consistent performance.
- Ability to work US business hours.
