M&T Bank is hiring for a Customer Service Representative/Lot Attendant role at a U-Haul center. You will be the face of the operation, assisting customers and ensuring all equipment is ready for rental. This hands-on position combines customer service with physical work on the lot.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers inside and outside the center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move, hook up, clean, and inspect trucks and trailers, including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Technical Stack
