AlgaeCal is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Bone Health Consultant) to provide exceptional support and education to our customers. You will be a key part of our heart-based company, where we work hard to change lives and foster a culture where people come first.
What You'll Do
- Act as a knowledge base for customer inquiries regarding products and bone health.
- Actively listen to customers and provide them with information to make informed decisions about AlgaeCal.
- Support customers through email and phone.
- Process customer orders and returns.
- Help customers understand the results of their DEXA bone scans.
- Update records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Set customers up for maximum success.
