As a Customer Service Representative I, you’ll assist both prospective and current tenants navigating the rental process through the RentCafe platform. Your role includes guiding users through apartment applications, submitting maintenance requests via the CallCenterCafé interface, and supporting residents with payment processing and billing clarifications, including utility metering details.
What You’ll Do
- Walk tenants through the rental journey using Yardi’s RentCafe service
- Log maintenance tickets efficiently using internal tools
- Support residents with payment submissions and resolve billing concerns
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Ensure a professional, courteous experience across all interactions
- Represent client properties positively and maintain service consistency
- Adapt to rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a 24/7 operation

- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Secondary education with a Baccalaureate Diploma
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
