Yellowstone Local is hiring a dependable and sharp-witted Customer Service Representative to serve as the voice of our partner brands in the skilled trades. You will handle the calls that make business happen—scheduling jobs, solving issues, and ensuring every customer feels heard and helped.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and chat support with professionalism and urgency
- Book service appointments accurately and efficiently while coordinating with dispatch teams
- Input customer details and service notes into CRM and scheduling platforms
- Provide clear information regarding services, pricing, and expectations
- Follow up on scheduled services and pending customer issues
- Identify when to escalate issues to supervisors or technical teams
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, clarity, and responsiveness
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English communication—both spoken and written—with a professional, confident tone
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, call center, or support experience (remote work preferred)
- Strong background in the construction, home services, or skilled trades industries is required
- Comfortable working with tech tools like CRMs, VoIP, and scheduling systems
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail and excellent time management
- Reliable internet and a quiet home office setup
- Self-starter mindset with a focus on solutions and customer experience
