Scalesource is hiring a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher - Remote (Home Services Company)

About the Role

Scalesource is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to support the daily operations of our growing home services company. In this fully remote role, you will be the crucial link between customers and field teams, ensuring service jobs are scheduled efficiently and customer satisfaction remains high.

What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound customer calls and professionally respond to service inquiries.
  • Collect customer information, identify service needs, and guide customers through the request process.
  • Schedule service appointments and efficiently dispatch field technicians or service teams.
  • Adjust schedules, coordinate reschedules, and monitor active service requests for timely completion.
  • Track service progress, update customers on status, and maintain clear communication regarding any changes.
  • Handle service concerns, intake customer issues, and escalate problems to management when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, dispatch logs, and customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Support administrative tasks and operational documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience handling inbound customer calls and providing support in a service-based business.
  • At least 2 years of experience scheduling appointments, coordinating technicians, or supporting dispatch operations.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience handling high volumes of customer inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
  • At least 2 years of experience using CRM systems or dispatch software to manage service requests.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple operational tasks like dispatch coordination, customer communication, and job tracking.
  • A professional and quiet remote work setup with a PC and reliable high-speed internet.
  • A strong Zoom presence and polished communication skills.
  • The ability to balance client interactions with administrative responsibilities.
  • Willingness to submit an introductory video as part of the hiring process.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $1,250 to $1,500 USD per month.
