Superior Fence & Rail is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to support the daily operations of our growing home services company. In this remote role, you will manage inbound customer inquiries, coordinate service requests, dispatch technicians, and maintain timely communication between customers and field teams. You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations organized and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond professionally to service inquiries.
- Collect customer information and identify specific service needs.
- Guide customers through the service request process and provide initial support.
- Schedule service appointments based on technician availability.
- Efficiently dispatch field technicians, drivers, or service teams.
- Adjust schedules and coordinate reschedules as needed.
- Monitor active service requests to ensure timely job completion.
- Track service progress and update customers on status.
- Escalate urgent issues or service delays when necessary.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service updates.
- Handle service concerns and intake customer issues.
- Provide solutions or escalate problems to management when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and dispatch logs.
- Update customer interactions and service notes in the CRM.
- Support administrative tasks and operational documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling inbound customer calls and providing support in a service-based business.
- At least 2 years of experience scheduling appointments, coordinating technicians, or supporting dispatch operations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling high volumes of customer inquiries and follow-ups via phone, email, or messaging.
- At least 2 years of experience using CRM systems or dispatch software to manage service requests.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple operational tasks simultaneously, such as dispatch coordination, customer communication, and job tracking.

Benefits & Compensation
