As a Customer Service Representative, you'll provide dedicated support to Czech-speaking customers for a leading automotive brand, working remotely from Portugal. Your role ensures smooth, accurate responses to inquiries through various communication channels, maintaining up-to-date records in CRM systems to support seamless customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Czech, both written and spoken, with a solid working knowledge of English (B2 level).
- At least one year of experience in technical support or customer service within the automotive sector.
- Strong understanding of digital tools, vehicle policies, warranties, and regional market contexts.
- Ability to make sound, independent decisions with attention to detail and documentation.
