What You'll Do
Handle customer inquiries across various communication platforms with accuracy and care, ensuring all interactions reflect a high standard of service. Log details in CRM systems promptly and maintain up-to-date records of customer engagements. Focus on delivering clear, helpful responses that lead to positive outcomes and strengthened customer trust.
Build lasting relationships by approaching each interaction with empathy and professionalism. Work closely with team members and supervisors to align on priorities and share insights. Proactively flag recurring issues and suggest ways to improve processes to enhance both customer and operational experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech, both written and spoken, with strong command of grammar and tone
- Intermediate to advanced English (B2 level or higher)
- At least one year of experience in technical support or customer service within the automotive sector
- Familiarity with vehicle warranties, service policies, and regional market structures
- Confidence using digital tools and platforms, with a genuine interest in automotive technology
- Ability to make sound decisions independently and document actions thoroughly
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions
