GC Services Limited Partnership d/b/a InteLogix is hiring a Customer Service Representative - Call Center to join our team. In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, providing exceptional service to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone.
- Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and guide customers through solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments and escalate complex problems.
- Strive to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
- Seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Work within defined hours of operation with flexibility needed on weekends and holidays.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of call center experience required.
- Strong typing skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout your shift with minimal distractions.
- Possess computer/technology savvy to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs while speaking to customers.
- Superb attendance.
