Lytegen is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our appointment setting and customer service operations. As the first point of contact with homeowners, you will confirm appointments, answer questions, and help guide them through the next steps in their solar journey.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments with homeowners
- Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule when needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
- Document call outcomes and update customer records
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and solution-focused tone
- Collaborate with sales coordinators and managers to support daily team goals
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Clear spoken English with minimal accent
- Comfortable using call tools and CRM systems (training provided)
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
- Personal Computer with webcam and headset
- Must be available for Zoom training and team check-ins
Nice to Have
- Experience in a call center or remote sales environment is a plus
