Fortune Brands is hiring a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for consumers with questions about Moen products. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service that strengthens brand loyalty and provides a positive consumer experience.
What You'll Do
- Handle and resolve a high volume of incoming calls by diagnosing problems, determining solutions, and communicating them clearly.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Moen products and procedures to provide accurate, timely aid.
- Navigate multiple databases and systems efficiently to deliver the quickest possible response.
- Deliver a consumer experience that drives positive word-of-mouth for the Moen brand.
- Take ownership of challenging or sensitive situations, resolving them with urgency and empathy.
- Consistently meet all required quality, call management, and productivity metrics.
- Adhere to all departmental processes and procedures.
- Perform other duties and special assignments as needed.
