Horizon Recovery is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent client communication, managing status updates, and ensuring homeowners receive timely information about their roofing or repair projects.
What You'll Do
- Provide status updates to clients regarding their roofing or repair projects.
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing client inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of client communications and project updates.
- Coordinate with project managers and office staff to ensure accurate client information.
- Organize and update digital files, reports, and contact lists.
- Support administrative tasks and follow up on open items as needed.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems).
- Trainable, reliable, and able to work independently.
