PorchToPatio is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as an 'outdoor living consultant' and customer service advocate for our North American market. You'll provide top-tier support and consultative assistance to help customers create high-end outdoor spaces, while solving complex logistical challenges.
What You'll Do
- Provide top-tier support via email, live chat, and some phone support.
- Help customers navigate the website, place orders, and track shipments.
- Understand the customer's vision to suggest accessories and enhance their project.
- Manage tickets for damaged items or shipping errors by coordinating with vendors and internal leadership.
- Complete daily/weekly recurring tasks and assist with ad-hoc projects supporting company growth.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptionally clear and friendly phone presence.
- Ability to articulate issues clearly and provide concise written updates.
- Self-starter attitude; an independent thinker comfortable making choices and taking ownership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with Excel as a requirement, and strong general computer navigational skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple browser tabs, CRM tools, and phone lines simultaneously.
- Strictly available to work the 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM EST shift.
Nice to Have
- Previous call center experience.
- Familiarity with Zendesk and Monday.com.
