PABCO Gypsum is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our customer service and sales department. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will work with distributors and contractors, demonstrating our core values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation, and Financial Success.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support to upper-level management, technical, and sales teams.
- Process and manage sales orders and change-orders in SAP, including setting up terms and pre-lien data.
- Maintain established customer relationships and forge new ones where appropriate.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data for specialized weekly and monthly reports.
- Issue invoices, returns for credit, and credit/debit memos following company policy.
- Assist in managing location pricing structure with sales teams in SAP and prepare yearly pricing updates.
- Provide marketing support for samples, catalogs, and information requests.
- Update and maintain website content under the direction of the marketing department.
- Create and administer content on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to build audience engagement.
- Participate in semi-annual physical inventory counts, which includes two weekends.
- Attend safety meetings and abide by all safety rules; ensure hazardous conditions are reported.
- Maintain predictable and regular attendance and work overtime as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree in business or equivalency (2 years related work experience may substitute for 1 year of education).
- Three years of full-time secretarial experience required.
- Engaging verbal and written communication skills to interact with sales teams, contractors, engineers, architects, and owners.
- Aptitude for problem-solving, negotiating, and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Highly motivated with strong organizational skills for performing repetitive duties in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and video conferencing software like Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to receive on-the-job training.
- Strong accounting skills and working knowledge of office equipment.
- Aptitude for marketing skills, including digital and social media usage.
- Predictable and regular attendance is required.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the masonry industry.
- SAP experience.
- Salesforce or other CRM experience.
- Spanish language skills.
