CPSI is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide TruBridge Contact Center Support to clients' Early Out Service patients. In this role, you will be a key point of contact, handling escalated patient interactions and working across multiple platforms.
What You'll Do
- Proficiently handle de-escalation and manage escalated patient calls.
- Work directly in multiple client systems where applicable.
- Become proficient in all communication channels, including Web Chat.
- Effectively communicate information to various team members.
- Mentor new employees to help them be successful within their first 60 days.
- Develop proficiency in various AR Management procedures at the direction of Management, including processes like bad debt, bill hold reviews, and account corrections.

- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
- Ability to act both independently and as a team member.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
