Betclic Group is hiring a seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team for the October 2025–January 2026 period. This role is vital for managing increased customer inquiries during the busy holiday season, ensuring a positive experience. It's a temporary position with 20-hour work weeks and the potential to flex up in hours during peak weeks.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer inquiries via the ticketing system Gorgias and over the phone
- Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints with empathy
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
