Customer Service & Operations Associate We're seeking an ambitious, meticulous professional to oversee customer service interactions and operational responsibilities. This position centers on exceptional ticket resolution and strategic identification of workflow inefficiencies. The ideal candidate will transform potential bottlenecks into streamlined processes while managing critical Enterprise Resource Planning tasks such as inventory control, credit documentation, and inter-branch logistics to ensure seamless organizational functionality.
