Jobluck GmbH is hiring a Customer Service Manager | Standortöffnung to be a foundational member of our new location in Leipzig. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handle complex cases, and directly contribute to establishing and growing the new site.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for customers via email or phone, ensuring all inquiries feel well taken care of.
- Handle complaints professionally and with a solution-oriented approach.
- Investigate tricky cases and find creative solutions.
- Develop smart strategies and procedures collaboratively with colleagues for complex topics.
- Manage cancellations, revocations, contract changes, and new move-ins.
- Create, check, and send invoices, and process payments like refunds promptly.
- Identify improvement potential and actively help with implementation.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in German and English.
- First experience in telephone and written customer service in the B2C sector.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Positive and polite demeanor.
- Independent, structured, and self-reliant way of working.

- Desire to contribute long-term and help build the new location in Leipzig.
