Coles Group is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the customer service department and front-of-store operations. Your leadership will ensure our store is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for our diverse customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
- Maintain excellent service standards, keeping the checkout area clean and safe for team members and customers.
- Drive a one-team culture that puts team members' health, safety, and wellbeing first.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Proven leadership experience.
- A customer-obsessed mindset with a continual focus on better understanding our diverse customers to provide an outstanding shopping experience.
Team & Environment
