Repwest Insurance (a part of U-Haul family of companies) is hiring a Customer Service/ Lot Attendant

U-Haul Holding Company is hiring a Customer Service Representative/Lot Attendant to be the face of our service at our Woodside location. In this hands-on role, you will assist customers with moving solutions, inspect and maintain our equipment fleet, and leverage technology to manage rentals. This position offers significant on-the-job education and growth.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers both inside and outside the U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move, hook up, clean, and inspect trucks and trailers on the lot, including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding U-Haul products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University.

What We're Looking For

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
