ju:niz Energy GmbH is looking for a Customer Service Associate Representative to support Freedom Fertility patients by coordinating care and resolving issues remotely. In this role, you will use empathy and problem-solving skills to directly impact patient experience.
What You'll Do
- Work with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications.
- Own the patient experience through resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up.
- Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details.
- Escalate complex claims to the appropriate team for further action.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
- PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook) and Internet
