Solventum is looking for a Senior Account Manager for Dental Solutions in Beijing. In this role, you will achieve sales objectives by providing independent coverage of your assigned accounts and territory. You'll apply your foundational sales experience to manage the territory and execute strategies that support our mission to enable better, smarter, safer healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Own sales activities, market development, and customer service within your assigned markets.
- Develop sales strategies, plans, and quantitative targets for key customers aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate product marketing and promotional activities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Formulate sales plans, conduct customer visits, and build relationships with existing accounts and new prospects.
- Effectively plan and manage your time and resources for comprehensive territory coverage and coordinated sales activities.
What We're Looking For
- University graduate with a medical degree.
- More than two years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Strong learning agility and fundamental selling skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Resilience to work under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.
- An optimistic, hard-working, and innovative approach.
- Strong ownership, accountability, high integrity, and a customer service mindset.
