Par Pacific is hiring a Customer Service Associate for our HELE convenience store location. You’ll be responsible for delivering prompt, courteous service and maintaining store operations.
What You'll Do
- Consistently provide prompt and courteous customer service, including assisting customers at the gas pump.
- Accurately ring up sales on the POS system and comply with all cash handling procedures for various payment types.
- Manage cash and other forms of tender, such as coupons and credit card transactions.
- Comply with company policies and store procedures, including all safety and environmental policies.
- Receive, stock, and organize merchandise, assisting in maintaining proper inventory levels and shift audits.
- Adopt, comply with, and participate in all safety programs and trainings, attending mandatory meetings as needed.
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain site cleanliness inside and out, and conduct basic upkeep of site equipment.
- Assist with identifying equipment problems and reporting them as needed.
- Perform all duties with minimal supervision, working flexible hours and completing other assigned duties.
What We're Looking For
- At least 21 years of age or older.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship.
Nice to Have
- High School Diploma or GED.
Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly pay range: $17.15 - $21.15.
