What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for all customer fashion-related questions.
- Answer customer inquiries with enthusiasm and fashion expertise.
- Manage orders, returns, and service requests with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Develop tailored solutions for customers inspired by a love of fashion.
What We're Looking For
- A true love for fashion and a desire to inspire customers.
- Proficiency in Finnish at a native level.
- Experience in customer service or a strong desire to start a career in fashion.
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and thrive in a self-directed work environment.
- Strong PC skills and reliability in handling data.
- Enthusiasm for communication and customer interaction in a dynamic, remote setting.
- A stable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
